I agree with albertus's assessment here. The sushi here is insanely fresh every time I go here. I have been going here for 25 years. Fumito is the best sushi chef in So Cal bar none! Is follow up to post by albertus ... Whoever wrote this review must have had a bad day. I have frequented this restaurant for almost 25 years at least once several times each month. I've yet to see "brown" sushi or anything that was no fresh. Maybe some people are just chronic complainers. -- 3/2/2005 9:23:29 PM
