My name is Tim, and I work at Top of the Hub as a lounge server. I understand most of the complaints when it comes to food quality, ticket times, server friendliness, etc... When I talk to people about Top of the Hub, they automatically mention the view. The view is nice, but for the price of the drinks and food the experience should be a bit more fantastic. I am a college student trying to pay my way with a job that is lucrative, which is where I am at right now. I understand that people have horrible experiences when they visit my restaurant, but I do not appreciate being logged under a group that is referred to as `uneducated`. I myself as a server know 30 different types of vodka, 27 different vairations in wine and what each vintage entails, taste and appelation wise. Not many people my age could name 20 different single malt scotches, and the region they are distilled in, but I can. The only favor I ask of you, is not to judge a place by one bad experience. The next time you are at Top of the Hub and want a drink, ask for Tim. I will exceed your expectations beyond eveything you come predisposed to. Thank you for your time, and I hope you will continue to have a fine dining experience.
