We ordered scallop dishes. My husband noticed that they had given us a scallops substitute (the grain showed it was not scallops but something else -shark?). He complained. The waitress said the chef insisted they were scallops. Husband insisted they were not. Chef came out and said they were scallops and he had shucked them himself, confirming they were not the truth, because scallops are always shucked at sea. bad chef :(
