To Whom It May ConcernI and my wife visited your restaurant today 8 Aug Friday around noon time, planning to have a nice Scandinavian lunch. We were met by a very arrogant,unfriendly up-nosed lady at the entrance door with a severe attitude problem.
I thought the Scandinavian way was represented by an open friendly helpful attitude. However this was not the way we were approached. I suggest that you change your staff's attitude by training. You should also follow up if they have picked up anything and have changed. That should help you with your business.
We visited your restaurant at the old location some years ago and we were surprised that the attitude has totally deteriorated from something very friendly to a very low level. Today we just left your restaurant as we are not used to treatment as this neither in the US or in any other country in Asia where we live.
