I have eaten at Uncle Sam's with my family since I was little. And worked at the new store in Peoria recently. Maybe I am a little biased because of that but give those servers some credit. Opening a new restaurant is not easy. FOr many of us we did not have much time to prepare at the new store and all of us were learning the in's and out's of a new restaurant. UNdoubtedly the food is exceptional, and like any restaurant- if you have an issue about something being wrong you gotta speak up and say something. I don't work there anymore but I STILL eat there often!! You will have a hard time arguing that its isn't the best philly in AZ once you take that first bite. Try it with extra cheese and the roll scooped and toasted!!
