I've eaten lunch at Bobby Van's on a daily basis since they opened across from my offices. Neither myself or any of my colleages have ever had a bad meal there. Sometimes during lunch when it's busy the service may be slow, but that is understandable. I'd have to say that it sounds as if the ice crystals on your steak may have fallen from your scoth glass..! rare ;) - Is follow up to post by frankie2 ...
Worst steak ever!!
My steak was cold, dry, tuff, and raw (it should have been juciy rare). I could not eat it. It actually had ice crystals in the center when I cut into it.
Save your money if you like steak. Go to a real place like Lugars. -- 4/27/2006 8:59:30 PM
