Max's seems to have everything good and new first in Fresno. They have a new Chef from the Big Sur area who continues to add dishes creating new and tasty dining experiences that are immediatly copied by other local chefs. If you want it right and want it first, go to Max's! I have never been disappointed and they have a deli take out that will make all of your fellow co-workers envy your lunch! Just try it once and you will be hooked! I recommend the fish special, any night, always a delight! And the excellent selection of wines is to die for!
