	I decised not to dine at Spondivit's because of their 18% gratuity policy. The menu warns that there `will` be an 18% gratuity for bills over $50 to guarantee excellent service. While I don't mind leaving 18 or even 20% gratuity, I don't appreciate it being prescribed by an establishment's policy. Gratuity is still my choice as a consumer.
