on 7-24-06 i took my two daughters out to olive garden to eat and we ordered the lunch all you can eat salad,breadsticks. my seven year old ordered the pizza. the order came and the we did not see our waitress again, we set there and set there she walked by helping the table next to us but never once asked us if we needed anything. So I went to talk to a manager. A manager by the name of Janet came over and asked me what she could help me with and I told her what had happened and she told me that she was very sorry for all of this and she asked me where we were sitting and I told here and she said that she would finish being our server. She also gave our so called meal free and a gift certificate and said that she was very sorry again, in my opinion Janet is a very,very good managerand as for the so-called waitress you need to get rid of her before your business suffers
