Sunset promised my grandson 10 chicken wings and gave him 8. When I requested the remaining 2, I was told by a very obnoxious female manage that it would be very expensive to give the remaining 2 unless we purchased them. When I mentioned `customer satisfaction` this was a dismissed with a `we're so popular that it doesn't make a difference.` Not any more. All of us who live in Wayzata will know about this.
