	I have worked at jose tejas for about 3 years. great place, great food. I started as a bus-boy and left as bar maneger. Now I am a lawyer down in Brazil, but I miss big deal Jose Tejas. Is follow up to post by kp2 ... Jose Tejas is one of my favorite places to go for casual dining...great margaritas and fajitas -- 2/20/2006 11:52:45 AM
