This was one of the worst lunch experiences I've ever suffered. It took three hours, despite the fact that the place was nearly empty. For this the staff was unapologetic and seemingly unconcerned. The menu was inconsistent with some good dishes but overall substandard. In addition, the waiter or cook was unable to follow our preparation requests. As the final straw, coffee was served only after we finished dessert. Galileo failed in all respects to live up to its reputation.
