	The Border Cafe is one of the most efficient restaurants I have ever eaten in. Quality control and service are truly exceptional. The front end people do an amazing job of handling a high number of waiting customers efficiently, and the cooks turn out a very high volume of solidly good food. New Orleans cooking and Tex-Mex are well represented on the menu and the food is definitely tasty.
