I adore this place. I have been enjoying this place since the early 90's.. if not before. I have probably eaten there consistently more than any other place. I have a soft-spot for `mom n pop's` style food, no matter from what country to food originates. I've never had anything I disliked. The family who owns it is always courteous and gracious. I used to live about 1/2 hour away, but now I'm blissfully residing less than five minutes away. What do I order? At first, it was the soups. For any new to Vietmanese, the `raw beef` soup doesn't really mean you're going to eat raw beef. It cooks in the soup, as opposed to `cooked beef` which is cooked first, then added to the soup. Now, I order the Vermicelli noodles, sometimes requesting they make it with Lemongrass chicken (which they kindly did!). Of course, it is the Spring rolls that always draw me in. I don't really ever have a craving for soup, but spring rolls?? When I get that urge, it doesn't disolve until I've sated my hunger with mouthfulls of Vermicelli, herbs, meats and all drowned in the peanut sauce. Umm . . listen.. I've got to go.. I think I need to go on a five minute drive... Delonna
