	The Sole Proprietor (NOT known as The Sole Proprietor Fish Market) does NOT have live country and western music - or any music for that matter. Just outstanding seafood served in creative ways. For a perfect meal, try the tuna Barcelona, the firecracker sushi and a salad upgrade with Asian pears.
