Steak was burnt and overdone, and not just for myself, but for my entire table of family, which was a total of 6 bad steaks. The steaks were also really tough cuts full of huge fat chunks. The waitress asked us how our steaks were, and when we told her, she said she was sorry but that she was sure Al would not redo them, and she apologized again and explained how Al makes the steaks `his way` and expects everyone to like it, and that if they don't he wont make you another steak and will just tell you to either choose another menu item or leave -we couldn't believe it, but she assured us it was true and that she was sorry again but she doesn't make the rules. The shrimp was also super dry, rubbery and overdone, so that didn't help things either. I didn't want to cause a scene in front of my family, since they were visiting me from out of state, but I apologized to them and swore never to go back. Al should be ashamed of himself for treating people this way, and the only good thing I can say is that the crabmeat salad was ok, even though the crabmeat tasted like the imitation stuff. This place has lost my patronage, and I was sorry to put my family through this, when it should have been a nice family dinner.
