I recently ate at Bruno's and had a poor experience with food and service. The debacle started when the owner interrupted our wine service by pulling our server away for other business. After our wine was served, I asked my server if they had vinaigrette dressing - he said `yes` and then brought me me oil only. He then brought me oil and vinegar. When he finally brought me vinaigraitte - it was a tomato vinaigrette (which he said it wasn't). We wound up very frustrated and did NOT have any salad. To add insult to injury I ordered the most expensive steak on the menu done medium rare and it came well-done. I returned the steak and couldn't have anything else because we had to be somewhere. The owner came to our table to apologize for the mess ups but when the bill came - they charged us for the steak!! When we asked why he said `well, I apologized, isn't that enough`? Bruno's is one of 3 restaurants in the area - the owner is clearly expanding too quickly, has lost touch on customer service and is suffering in the preparation and serving of food. We were very disappointed in this experience.
