I set-up this special night for us and the restaurant was a disaster!!! I been to the reza's on clark st. and i had a very good experience so I meant to call clark st. location, but ended up calling ontario by mistake! BIG MISTAKE!!! The guy convience me the downtown location was just as great as clark's location, but the two were complete opposite! The waiter was rude, then practically disappeared the rest to the night (it was 830)! I had to chase down staff to get some service and took about 15mins. to get my bill! Worst experience EVER! I will NOT, REPEAT NOT, recommend this Reza's on ONTARIO to anyone! I'm a pretty private person and did not want to draw attention to ourselves, but I thought I could go on the internet the following day and express my oppinion on reza's offical website and make a complaint, but of course they did not have a section on their website oppinions or contacts. Food was ok but the service makes not only the food but the restaurant look bad. This experience left a very bad taste in my mouth! -- 2/11/2006 2:17:22 PM
