Probably right about the service as they even claim they hire employees who live on site in the hotel, are illegal, and don't speak English. I had my experience there, wouldn't wish it on anyone. I'll also share my ENTIRE experience with the local papers. I'd stay far away from this hotel and restaurant, that is, unless you enjoy food being prepared by probable food quality infractions. Enjoy. Is follow up to post by topac ... It's an excellent little restaurant. If the restaurant is busy, go to the hotel bar right next to it. They have the same menu, and they get their food from the Pasta Max. The service isn't great, but there's never any waiting. -- 8/31/2001 4:23:11 AM
