Yes I agree... I took my family to this restaurant after much recommendation. I was terribly disappointed. The server was extremely rude to us. We tried to call her to inquire after our order (Since half our order hadn't arrived 40 minutes. after we started eating). She pretended not to hear us. We tried to approach the manager and even she ignored us The food arrived late and the chicken was raw. In my opinion the place is sadly overrated.Explore Chinatown. Go to the smaller more ethnic ones. The service is better and so is the food.- Is follow up to post by usrharris ...
I've eaten here many times in the past 11 years. It used to be one of the classier restaurants in Chinatown but services have dipped quite a bit over the years. I finally stopped going there after one bad experience on a Saturdaay early evening when the restaurant is only 60% full. Their waitstaff failed to wait on us for more than 12 minutes despite our asking the hostess to send a waiter to our table twice. Needless to say we walked out and took our business elsewhere.
