The food is less than mediocre and service is inexcusably slow and rude. When the server actually comes to your table, they’re incapable of remembering or delivering more than one order at a time. If you politely send something back and request another, they return minutes later with the same thing and refuse to comp the item after you graciously express your dissatisfaction again. Don’t bother drinking unless it’s beer. Otherwise, you’ll be paying $6/drink for mixers since they don’t pour a standard shot. Also, bad tippers beware! If you choose not to tip well due to unpleasant service, the managers will follow you out to the parking lot and advise, “That was uncalled for,” to ensure it’s the worst dining experience you’ve ever had.
