Just to get another perspective - I have been to The Ribbery at least 20 times. If you are looking to have a good home cooked burger or ribs the place is great. Yeah its not the best place around and it has a `local` feel, but that is partially because it is a new location for them that will be remodeled. After having been there so many times I have gotten to know the owner and he has always treated us well. I can grab a burger and beer for lunch at under 7 bucks. Not overpriced. Dinner menu is probably more. I would agree that it is not a family restaurant, but more of a bar atmosphere.- Is follow up to post by bboldpippip ...
on 2/26/04 my family and i went to the ribbery.Boy was that the worst restaurant we've ever been to!!!
An all around F!!! Although the menu options looked good,when our meals came,they we're so unbelievably disgusting,we couldnt even believe it! Before our meals were served,i had to take my 5 yr old daughter to the restroom...The restroom was absolutetly repulsive!!! It looked as if it hadn't been cleaned in a year! Our waiter,who come to find out was the owner of the place,was very rude to us,ad to his other customers! Just when we thuoght it couldn't get any worse,we recieved our bill. We had a coupon for buy 1 meal and get th 2nd free,and our bill still came up to 50.00! And they took it upon themseves to add a 15% gratuity which came up to 8.00,for serice that was sooo UNDESERVABLY BAD!!!!!!! PEOPLE,PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO SOMEWHERE...ANYWHERE BUT THE RIBBERY!!!!! -- 2/26/2004 4:32:46 PM
