Sorry, but I decided I couldn't stop there. I went there one night in a introspective, morose mood. The waiter never said a word to me, just lead me to an isolated table and placed the menu in front of me. Brought back my water. I pointed at what I wanted, he smiled and left quietly. He came back and asked if I wanted wine or a drink with my dinner. I shook my head `No`. He disappeared and was right back with my food, filled up my water and left. Each time my water reached the half-way mark, he refilled it. When I was done eating he quietly placed my bill on the table and removed the `trash`. I paid my bill (and tip) and left. I had a wonderful meal --- and never said a word.{P}{UL}{LI} {B}Is follow up to {A HREF=`http://dinesite.com/info/ review-read/post=57630/`}post by byarss{/A} ...{/B}{BR}A bit pricey, and the portions could be a little more generous BUT: you will NOT find excellent ingredients treated with more skill, care, concern or pride ANYWHERE. None have surpassed the sensitively developed mixtures of beautifully presented (both on the parts of the chef and the waiter), superb flavor, and appropriate texture.
