A bit pricey, and the portions could be a little more generous BUT: you will NOT find excellent ingredients treated with more skill, care, concern or pride ANYWHERE. I have had the privilege of dining in some of the most famous and well noted restaurants in the world. None have surpassed the sensitively developed mixtures of beautifully presented (both on the parts of the chef and the waiter), superb flavor, and appropriate texture. Some of the recipes are the chef's own, some are world standards (prepared to perfection). The servers are very sensitive to those dining and are wonderfully flexible in the range from unobtrusive elegance to friendly-casual. Whenever I feel I deserve a special treat, I treat myself to Rapscallion's!
