I have visited Harold and Belles for years with my father so I was completely floored when I reserved seating there for my college graduation dinner and found that my party of 10 was not allowed to be seated until more guests arrived. It was in the early afternoon so they had nothing but space! The manager was rude and did nothing to remedy the situation. My entire party consisted of about 14 to 18 people, so I guess I should thank Ms. Legaux for preventing me from receiving additional substandard service and from spending my dollars in an establishment where it obviously isnt very appreciated. La Louisianne's hit the spot that afternoon! =)
