Was is town for restaurant show and had never been to Ed's. We decided to go in for lunch and really enjoyed all of the 50's atmosphere. We loved the `Treatment` by the wait staff. YMCA dance was funny. Shakes were good, fries good, burgers just average. The Chili was terrific! After all it is just a diner...not a Michelin star rated restaurant. The service lacked somewhat but folks just need to lighten up a little. The only real problem that I noticed is that our waitress kept adjusting her hair/ponytail and handling money without washing her hands, a definite NO NO. Could use improvement in this area for sure...Overall we enjoyed the experience.. Eat and Get Out!
