I have been eating at Alfredo's since the late 70's and have never had a bad meal. The food is incredible, reasonably priced, the atmosphere is delightful as is the service. I highly recommend Alfredo's for some of the best Italian food in Atlanta.- Is follow up to post by torque38 ...
The old-world ambience and elegant service reminds me of my favorite bistros in Europe and South America. I think the Maitre d' has been there for twenty years and he always greets you with a warm smile on his face. One just doesn't find this kind of restaurant very often in Atlanta, where eateries are usually concept-based, calculated, corporatized, and trend-chasing. This place has personality, class, and old-fashioned great food. My only desire is more ample parking and perhaps a revisted wine list. -- 5/29/2003 5:06:24 PM
