My wife and I returned after 2 years. The last time the overall experience was poor. This time, the food was fine, not great. Service was slow and the captain/waiter was overwhelmed as he tried to cover a huge seating area. It was unfair to him, not to mention his patrons, to be put in that position. We made the best of it as everyone was polite and tried their best. I paid with a gift certificate & a $25 open table cash coupon plus 15% gratuity (for below avg service) with cash. After I left the building, the captain came after me out on the sidewalk, asking me to speak to the owner. I returned to be accused by the owner of not having left a gratuity. When I pointed out that the 15% gratuity was, indeed, left as cash on the table, he barely apologized. I can't recommend a place where food is average, value is not good, service is `passable` - I am being generous with that grade - and then to be insulted by the owner himself. I do not plan to return.
