Your given a choice of dining inside or outside near the water.The name 'in the rough' means just that,nothing fancy about the preparation of the food.Everything is made and served as if you were at a real clambake.Make no mistake though, the food is very good and fresh.Pricing is a little high but I would guess these people are cooking 50 to 75 lobters per hour if not more!
