I used to visit this cafe regularly when I was a grad student, and always enjoyed their coffee/espresso drinks and creative sandwiches. I had the opportunity to return recently (April 2006), and it was as good as ever! Drinks are prepared upon ordering, but it doesn't take long before your food has appeared at your table. The only drawback (now, as then) is that it can get very busy, thus very noisy; the upside of this is that you can overhear some really interesting and amusing conversations! If I still lived in Berkeley, I would still go to Nefeli as often as possible.
