WE HAD TO BEG THE WAITER TO GET US A DRINK.
NO DINNER ROLLS OR BUTTER BEFORE THE ENTREE.
WE WERE NEVER ASKED IF WE WANTED A SECOND
DRINK.THE HELP WAS PREOCCUPIED WITH THEIR
