I hosted a breakfast meeting at 8 am for six persons. We had a horrible experience. We were routinely ignored by the server and wait staff, whether the restaurant was full or later empty and had to ask several times to place our order, get coffee/tea refills, and get the check. Once I gave my credit card in payment, it took several minutes before the server returned, prompting my guests to suggest I go find him since we had to leave. The server had to be reminded to deliver the bacon that was ordered as part of the American breakfast. The server and wait staff were busy setting tables or out of sight and never checked to see how we were doing. An 18% gratuity was automatically added and when I asked the server to have a comment card along with my credit card imprint, my request was ignored. What a surprise! I do not recommend patronizing this restaurant until service improves.
