On my Birthday, New Year's Eve 2005, I had the most wonderful experience at the Lalo's downtown. The manager recognized my family from another restaurant that he worked at. He was fabulous, not only with us but with all his customers. There was so much going on that night yet the manager was not only helping his employees but he was extremely attentive to his quest. I said, `wow`. He made my birthday feel ultra special. The marachi's sang a birthday song it was sweet. I must say the manager there was top class.
