	The crab is OK. But the food doesn't digest very easy after the restaurant's marketing story pitch is told. If the food was served without the background story of the owner; then it would be a lot more appealing. The daughters of the executive chef/owner can be a lot more accommodating with the service if this is their business. Very interesting cocept for those that buy it.
