It was April 12th,2006 and was the first time ever that I ever walked out of a restaurant due to service and experience....first let me start...we ordered our drinks (ten of us in the party),appetizers,side salads and dinners; drinks came,salad arrived shortly after,but yet with no silverware,and nobody (wait staff) around to ask,5 mins go by, still nobody, we found some cocktail toothpicks on the table and used them while waiting for silverware to be delivered, finally after the salads were half gone, we waived down the waiter and he apologetically delivered. Well, our other appetizers havent showed up yet, a bowl of soup, 2 orders of oysters. While waiting for these appetizers, another ten minutes later, waiter comes back and says `we have a problem`, we ran out of oysters, now having our order in for about a half hour, now they tell us, but my soup still has not been delivered....so we said okay on the oysters, no problem....here is the kicker....4 people out our party ordered scallop dinners.....another 10 - 15 minutes go by,waiter comes back and says again `we have another problem` , `we ran out of scallops`, they had our order in to the cook/chef for at least 45 minutes now.....you mean to tell me it took that long to notify us of these `out of order items` even on a Wednesday nite that the place was lucky to be half full of patrons. so here are OUR personal ratings: FOOD: DON'T KNOW, NEVER HAD THE OPPORTUNITY SERVICE: terrible VALUE: YOU GUESSED IT....NO FOOD.. HARD TO ANSWER ATMOSPHERE: PASSABLE...PATRONS NEXT TO US COULD NOT BELEIEVE WHAT WAS HAPPENING AND GOT A BIG CHUCKLE OUT OF IT EXPERIENCE: ONCE IN A LIFETIME ABSOLUTELY THE PITTS, SO TO SAY THE LEAST: YOU BETTER CALL AHEAD A MINIMUM OF 72 HOURS TO MAKE SURE THE CHEF IS WORKING SO HE CAN PUT IN HIS WEEKLY ORDER TO KEEP HIS INVENTORY IN SUPPLY FOR DEMAND.......THIS WAS THE MANAGER'S EXCUSE FOR THEIR NOT HAVING THE SCALLOPS AND OYSTERS....NOTHING WE MADE UP.....
