I've heard all about this quaint little restaurant and never been there before until I decided to take my mom there for her birthday. The Gumbo File was excellent. My mom ordered the Seafood Platter and loved it down to every last bite. The only thing I would say about this restaurant is that they need to move to a bigger location and maybe in a nicer neighborhood. The service was just okay, but the food was excellent...Next time I return to this restaurant, I think I would get it to go...
