Been coming here over twenty years. The management has changed once but the quality of the food and the freindly service has retained. Whenever I leave NY this is the first place that I come to eat when I return. The sushi is THE BEST! The new name of the joint is Miyabi. If there were only one restaurant in NY it should be Cotan's I mean Miyabi. Its the best kept secret in NY hands down. P.S. As a bonus the prices are very reasonable.
