I hate this place. Worse service i've ever had. First of all, i went there, and no one bothered to take my name down. they only took my name down when they noticed i was sitting there after another customer came in. I never got a hello. I asked for a booth and when a booth finally cleared out, i was sitting for another 10 min! Then left VERY MAD. I hate this place. the first time i went to another genki sushi at a different location, thinking the service would be different. no, still a s* hole. i got seated and no one asked me if i wanted to order anything. the only time i had contact with a waiter was when they poured water in my glass. gee thanks. There horrible everywhere. they need to do a huge rehaul on their customer service.
