Iaria's is simply the best old style Italian restaurant in Indianapolis and always has been. It's what Italian restaurants are supposed to be. The sauce (or red gravy) is the best you'll taste. It'd family owned and operated, not like the new breed of `Italian` chain restaurants. I've been going to Iaria's since I was a kid in the mid-1950's. My favorite dish is the angel hair pasta, red sauce and meatballs. Order the salad with bleu cheese dressing and it's better than being in Palermo.
