My husband and I had a horrible experience dining at Galileo this past weekend. We had to wait over an hour for our first course (our unhelpful waiter told us he had accidently given away our food twice!) and the food was mediocre at best. My one scallop was tough and my ravioli was tasteless. The wine list was full of overpriced wines. Underwhelming describes the decor-- I couldn't help noticing burned out light bulbs and broken light fixtures. Overall, I came to Galileo's expecting one of the best Italian restaurants in the country and I came out thinking it was one of the worst.
