You can eat inside or outside on a beautiful terrace surrounded by 1920s architecture (I may be off on year). I took my husband there for Valentine’s Day as it has a reputation for being a “romantic” restaurant. I was unpleasantly surprised that the food was lacking to say the least. Besides bringing it warm, which quickly turned to cold, the taste was mediocre. My husband had the beef tenderloin (about $30). It became cold (in 5 minutes), it was too rare (he asked for medium) and the texture was mushy. The foie gras that accompanied it tasted like rotten dog food. And the twice baked potatoe, which is their only side along with the day’s vegetable, was also cold and taste like it was massed produced and had been sitting around. I ate Chilean Bass with the same sides as my husband (twice baked potatoe and broccoli). It is supposed to be one of their signature dishes. Again cold, the texture lacked and it was insipid. I wouldn’t go back even if it was free. The service was also mediocre and the host exuded arrogance. It was a horrible experience.
