Went there on New years eve...the service was terrible and it wasnt even that crowded..they overcooked all of our filet mignon ..i had asked for medium and it was very well done...and then the waiter was rude when we told him they were overcooked.. the menu was unclear and we thought it was ala carte so we order mashed potatoes and brocelli and of course our order came with that so we had a lot extra and the waiter never mentioned when we were ordering.. hey ur entrees include that so u dont need to order it. The service was the worst that I have ever experienced in an italian restaurant in staten island and I will never recommend it or ever go back there again.- Is follow up to post by grymer ...
Your review is so wrong. Barbecue? Not hardly. Bocca is an excellent northern italian restaurant, and lucky for me, in my neighborhood. Nice wine list and the service is impeccable. Try it once, and I guarantee you'll be back. -- 2/7/2005 2:30:49 PM
