Barnacle Bill's Seafood Restaurant in Tallahassee is by far the best bang for your food dollar. The food is tremendous and prepared to order, the portions gigantic, the wait staff extremely nice and friendly, and the entire casual atmosphere made for a delightful dining and social experience! To top it off they had a one man band playing on their raised outdoor canopied deck and he played southern rock quite well. They're open from 11:00 am - 11:00pm everyday. Smoking is allowed outdoors, which is extremely rare in FL. I can't say enough great things about this fine seafood restaurant disguised as a family restaurant!
