I have been to Tio's about 6 times in last 12 months; with 'The Guys' it is awesome - suckling pig is a must; the shrimp in garlic sauce as an appetiser - sangria - red or white to die for and Order dessert at initial appetizer ording and get the chocolate souffle. Spanish Coffee with an ending flair. I love it truly a Baltimore experience - since Marconi's and Haussner's closed it is second oldest to House of Welsh in Baltimore. Best of the Best Spainish.
