From the minute we walked in the door to the moment we left, this was the best dining experience we had in the Seattle area so far. The wait staff was professional, friendly, and efficient. The entertainment was a live band which made me think I was back in New Orleans, and the food was the best I've had in a long time. The Owner and Head Chef came out to mingle and make sure everything was okay which is always a good sign. From appetizers all the way through the desserts this place will go down as one of my all time favorites.
