For those steak lovers who only want their steak done 'their way', Alexander's steakhouse is the place for you. We love the aspect of choosing our own steaks and cooking them to our own desire. For those of you who feel apprehensive about grilling your own steak, Alexander's provides a chef who will grill it for you. I can vouch that it is much more fun to stand at the large brick pit, bottle of beer or mixed drink in hand, flipping your steak from one hot spot to another as the flames try to sear it. I mentioned that the steaks are huge. On any given day the T-Bone steak will be approximately 12 inches long and about 1-2 inches thick. All dinners included a salad bar, baked potato and texas toast. A great place to relax with friends, joke about your bad (or good) cooking skills and enjoy a more than filling dinner. The prices were moderate, ranging from $10.95 to $15.95 per person. For great steaks, a great atmosphere and the thrill of self-grilling, I would recommend Alexander's Steak House.
