As a steak lover, I must say, Brother Sabastians cannot be topped for a tender, tender steak. The fillet is like butter. My personal preference would be for a crisper outside, however, for most folks, this is as good as it gets. I can't say it's the best in town, not having eaten at all that Omaha has to offer, however, I don't know if you can top their steaks - tho Johnny's is mighty close.
