  VISITOR REVIEW

The service was terrible. The only thing I liked from the restaurant was their salad. My fiance' took me here for my birthday. When he made reservations, they asked if he would like to order 2 dozen roses. He said `yes` of course and thought, `how wonderful.` Not quite. They never got me the roses, he felt bad about it, and the waiter tried to hide the fact that there was a note next to our reservation about getting roses by scratching it out. We saw him doing it and we also checked before we left. It was definately scratched out. How pitiful that they couldn't just own up to it and apologize, but instead they had to try to hide it. The manager was called and he apparently said he was upset about it and will check on it, but of course, he never called my fiance' back. I should've known the service would be horrible from the beginning when the host brought us a breakfast menu or something. It was a very bad experience. Don't expect to get anything, even an apology, from the people there if there was a mistake made. One bad review is bad enough, I think. I will never go there again.
