Baltimore is known for its seafood, but if you want to try excellent seafood DON'T GO TO PHILLIPS. The only thing good about phillips is the location, which is located right in he inner harbor. other than that visitors who eat there will NOT get a true authentic taste of what real good seafood is about..my advice go about 2 blocks east to Mo's you get better quality seafood and much more for your money.
