	This is one of my all time favorite restaurants! We live in SLC, and years ago on a Sunday drive to Ogden we accidentally discovered the Timber Mine. Since then, we every now and then drive to Ogden just to dine on prime rib at this wonderful place. We're going this coming Sunday and WE JUST CAN'T WAIT!!
